How to make a return for exchange or refund

Step 1: Check that you meet ALL of the conditions below.

1. The item is unused and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached.
2. A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return.
3. The item is returned within 30 days of the receipt date
4. The item is returned WITH a correct RA number

Step 2: Contact PELLI Bags – shop@pellibags.com.au to get a Return Authority Number (RA#).

Step 3: In this email please notify us of the new item/s which you would like to exchange for and they will be held until we receive your returns.

Step 4: Return the item/s to be exchanged or refunded, mark the RA# on the package and include a self-addressed prepaid satchel for your new items to be returned in. We recommend using registered post as in the event the package is lost in transit we will not be liable.

After inspection of the goods, exchange items will be sent or items will be credited to the purchasing credit card within 14 days of receipt.

• We do NOT accept exchanges on International orders. All orders shipped outside of Australia are final.
• We do not offer a repair service on sales outside of Australia.
• We have a NO RETURN ON SALE ITEM
